Minty White Shot (Print Version)
# Ingredients:

Half and half (½ oz).

White chocolate syrup (½ oz).

Peppermint extract (2-3 drops).
04 -
Corn syrup for the rim (1 tbsp).
05 -
Smashed peppermint candies for the rim (2 tbsp).

Whipped cream to top it off.
# Instructions:

Spread corn syrup on a flat plate and put crushed peppermint bits on another plate. Touch the shot glass rim to the syrup first, then into the candy pieces until fully covered.

Add the half and half to your candy-rimmed glass. Drop in the white chocolate syrup and a few drops of peppermint extract.

Give everything a light stir to mix it up. Add a small puff of whipped cream on top right before you serve it.
