Mint Chip Ninja Ice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - One tablespoon softened cream cheese
02 - 1/3 cup sugar
03 - 3/4 cup heavy cream
04 - 1 cup whole milk

→ Flavorings

05 - One teaspoon mint extract
06 - One teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - Optional green food coloring
08 - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips for mixing in

# Instructions:

01 - Pop cream cheese in a big microwave-safe bowl for 10 seconds. Stir with sugar and mint extract until it looks like frosting, which takes about a minute.
02 - Slowly add the heavy cream, milk, and food coloring if you want it green. Mix until all sugar melts and everything looks smooth.
03 - Pour everything into a CREAMi™ Pint. Put the lid on tight and stick it in the freezer for 24 hours.
04 - When it's frozen solid, take the lid off and put the pint in the outer bowl. Connect the Creamerizer™ Paddle to the lid, snap it onto the bowl, and lock it onto the motor. Press the ICE CREAM button.
05 - Make a hole about 1½ inches wide down the middle of your ice cream. Drop in your chocolate chips and run the MIX-IN program.
06 - Scoop it out and eat right away with whatever toppings you like.

02 - You must freeze the mix for 24 hours before making the ice cream
