Mango Chili Dressing (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruit & Juices

01 - Chunky pieces of 1 ripe mango, peeled and pitted
02 - About 1/4 cup of lime juice from 2 medium limes
03 - 1/4 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice

→ Seasonings & Aromatics

04 - 1 clove of garlic, peeled
05 - 2 tbsp of honey for sweetness
06 - 1/2 tsp ground cumin
07 - 1/4 tsp of freshly ground black pepper
08 - 1/2 tsp salt (adjust if needed)

→ Fresh Ingredients

09 - 1 minced medium spice chili, like Fresno or jalapeño (1 tbsp)
10 - 2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped

→ Oil

11 - 1/3 cup of high-quality extra virgin olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the mango, lime juice, orange juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and honey in a blender. Blend on medium until it’s silky smooth. Transfer the mixture into a jar or container.
02 - Drizzle the olive oil in slowly while using a whisk or fork to constantly stir it into the mixture.
03 - Stir in the chopped chili, cilantro, and black pepper. Give it a taste, and sprinkle in more salt if needed.
04 - Pop it in the fridge, and it’ll keep fine for up to 7 days. Don’t forget to shake it before using!

01 - Perfect as a dressing for salads or as a sauce for grilled chicken, shrimp, or salmon
02 - Keeps fresh in the refrigerator for one week
03 - Shake before serving for best consistency
