Chocolate Date Snickers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Basic Ingredients

01 - Soft, fresh Medjool dates
02 - Smooth natural peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter)
03 - Unsalted roasted nuts (like peanuts or another type you like)
04 - Premium dark chocolate (chips or a solid bar)
05 - A pinch of flaky sea salt for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Use a knife to cut along the natural seam of the date, creating a pocket but leaving one edge connected.
02 - Layer parchment paper on a freezer-safe plate. Carefully open up each date to make space for the filling.
03 - Fill each date with peanut butter until nearly full. Add a few nuts, gently close them up, then pop in the freezer to firm.
04 - As the dates freeze, melt the chocolate in a bowl until it's silky. Let it cool briefly for smoother coating.
05 - Take the dates out of the freezer. Use two spoons to completely cover each one in melted chocolate easily.
06 - While the chocolate is wet, add a pinch of sea salt to each one. Freeze again until the chocolate firms up.

# Notes:

01 - Keep these stored in the freezer in an airtight container.
02 - They're best enjoyed right out of the freezer for the perfect texture.
