Garlic Sauce Wonder (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Core Ingredients

01 - 1 1/2 cups or so of regular milk or half-and-half
02 - 4 cloves of garlic, minced finely
03 - A splash of olive oil
04 - About 2 or 3 tablespoons of plain flour

→ Flavorings

05 - A quarter teaspoon of ground black pepper
06 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt or to taste
07 - A pinch, roughly 1/4 teaspoon, of dried oregano

# Instructions:

01 - Switch on a medium-high heat and throw some olive oil into your pan or skillet.
02 - Toss in the minced garlic and stir it around for about 3 minutes until the smell is incredible.
03 - Sprinkle in the flour (start with 2 tablespoons) alongside the oregano, pepper, and salt. Give it a good stir.
04 - In one go, pour in the milk or half-and-half. Whisk like crazy until the mixture thickens and bubbles, roughly 3 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Prefer it thicker? Stir some extra flour into a splash of milk until smooth, then mix it into the bubbling sauce.
02 - This creamy goodness works great for pasta, pizza, or any other dish.
