Butterfinger Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
02 - 3/4 cup finely crushed graham crackers.
03 - 4 tablespoons soft butter.
04 - 1 cup smooth peanut butter (avoid natural types).
05 - 1/2 cup chopped Butterfinger candies.
06 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
07 - 8 ounces of chocolate chips or bark.
08 - Extra crushed Butterfingers or colorful sprinkles to top.

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk together butter and peanut butter until smooth. Mix in vanilla, then slowly add powdered sugar. Toss in graham crumbs and Butterfingers last.
02 - Take 1–1½ tablespoons of mix, roll them into round balls, and freeze on a lined tray for 30 minutes.
03 - Warm chocolate in the microwave in short bursts at half power, stirring in between. Dip the frozen balls, sprinkle on toppings, and let them firm up.

01 - Stick to regular-style peanut butter.
02 - Either chocolate chips or bark work fine.
03 - Chilling makes the coating process easier.
04 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week.
05 - You can prepare these ahead of time easily.
