Put parchment paper inside your 8x8-inch baking dish.

Slowly warm the condensed milk in a pot using medium-low fire.

Dump in cookie mix and stir until everything blends together.

Throw in white chocolate chips, butter and vanilla. Keep stirring till it's all smooth.

Dump mixture into dish, scatter sprinkles on top. Let it sit for 4 hours or stick in fridge to make it faster.
