Avocado Chicken Wrap (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pre-cooked chicken breasts, cut into strips
02 - 6 jumbo flour tortillas
03 - 3 cups shredded lettuce
04 - 1 big tomato, cubed
05 - 1 ripe avocado, chopped
06 - 1 cup creamy sour cream
07 - 3 cups shredded sharp yellow cheddar

# Instructions:

01 - Add seasonings to chicken and fry in olive oil about 5-7 minutes each side till it reaches 165-170°F inside
02 - Cut chicken into strips, dice your veggies, shred the cheese
03 - Start with a tortilla then add cheese, chicken, sour cream, avocado, tomatoes and lettuce
04 - Place in a non-greased pan and cook until both sides turn golden brown

# Notes:

01 - Eat right away for the best melty cheese experience
02 - You can keep them in the fridge for a couple hours but they'll get soggy overnight
03 - Don't try to freeze these wraps
