Cheesy Beef Pockets (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
02 - ½ cup salsa
03 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese
04 - 1 packet taco seasoning
05 - 1 pound ground beef

→ Assembly

06 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
07 - 12 small tortillas (6-inch)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the beef in a pan until browned, then drain out the grease. Toss in the taco seasoning and stir.
02 - Whip the cream cheese until it’s creamy, then mix in the salsa thoroughly.
03 - Spoon the cream cheese mix, beef, and grated cheese onto each tortilla. Fold them up into little pockets.
04 - Spread melted butter on top and bake at 350°F for around 15 minutes, or until they look golden and crispy.

02 - Goes great with a side of greens or steamed veggies
