Party Tortilla Pinwheels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Smooth Spread

01 - 2 bars (8 ounces per bar) cream cheese, softened to room temp
02 - 1/2 cup sour cream, freshly opened
03 - 1 packet (1 1/4 ounces) taco flavor mix of your choice

→ Tasty Add-ins

04 - 1 can (4 ounces) green chilies, thoroughly drained
05 - 1 can (4 ounces) black olives, drained and roughly chopped
06 - 1 cup Colby Jack or bold cheddar cheese, freshly grated

→ Outer Layer

07 - 10-12 big flour tortillas, fresh and soft

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, beat the soft cream cheese till it's totally smooth with no lumps at all. Make sure you scrape the bowl edges and bottom for the best outcome!
02 - Stir in your sour cream and taco mix until you've made a smooth, even base.
03 - Gently mix your drained chilies, chopped olives, and grated cheese into the creamy mix until everything's evenly coated.
04 - Smear this yummy mixture on each tortilla, leaving a small edge around the border. Then roll them up tightly to form logs.
05 - Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic and stick them in the fridge for 1-2 hours. This helps everything set up and lets the flavors blend together.
06 - After chilling, unwrap and cut each log into 1-inch thick rounds. Put them on a nice plate and serve with extra sour cream or guac for dipping!

# Notes:

01 - Want more kick? Throw in some diced jalapeños, fresh tomatoes, or a handful of cilantro to your filling.
02 - Switch things up with different cheeses like pepper jack or a Mexican blend, and try colored or flavored tortillas for extra flair!
