Brown sausage and drain fat. Sprinkle with flour, then slowly add milk while stirring until thick

Turn oven to 400°F. Drizzle base with oil, then cover with half the gravy mixture

Mix eggs with milk and cook until barely firm

Spread eggs on top of gravy layer, sprinkle cheese over everything

Pop in oven for 10-15 minutes till base turns golden and cheese melts completely
