Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound tender pulled pork.
02 - 8 brioche bread slices.
03 - 1/4 cup creamy mayo.
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
05 - 8 slices of American cheese from the deli.
06 - 1 cup crispy onion straws.
07 - 1 cup thick BBQ sauce.
08 - 1 minced garlic clove.

# Instructions:

01 - Pour olive oil into your skillet and warm it over medium heat. Toss in minced garlic and let it cook for half a minute, stirring until it smells great.
02 - Mix up the pulled pork with the BBQ sauce in the skillet. Heat it through, then turn off the heat.
03 - Lay one slice of bread down, top it with a slice of cheese, toss on some onion straws, add the warm pork, put another slice of cheese, then finish with another slice of bread.
04 - Spread the mayo evenly over both outside slices of bread on each sandwich.
05 - On a clean skillet, warm it up to a medium-low heat setting.
06 - Place sandwiches on the skillet and grill them for 2 to 3 minutes on each side till golden and crispy.

01 - Add just enough filling so they don't fall apart.
02 - Use mayo instead of butter for a better toast texture.
