# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces softened cream cheese.
02 - 4 tablespoons soft butter.
03 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
04 - 1/2 cup of powdered sugar.
05 - 2 cups crushed graham crackers.
06 - 1 box red velvet cake mix.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it heat up.
02 - Grab two 8-inch pans and line them with paper or grease them.
03 - Follow the package instructions to prepare the cake mix and bake it.
04 - Make sure the baked cakes are completely cooled before moving forward.
05 - Break up the cake into fine, sand-like crumbs.
06 - If crumbs are sticky, spread them on a tray and dry in the oven for 5–6 minutes at 350°F.
07 - Cream together the butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until light and airy.
08 - Smash the graham crackers into fine bits.
09 - Mix the crushed crackers and vanilla into the creamy cheese mixture.
10 - Scoop out little portions with a cookie scoop, then roll into even balls.
11 - Pop the balls into the fridge and chill for an hour.
12 - Coat the cold balls in the cake crumbs, then smooth out their shape if needed.
