Turkey Cheddar Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 regular tortillas.
02 - 6 slices of turkey from the deli.
03 - 4 ounces of softened cream cheese.
04 - 4 slices of cheddar cheese.
05 - A handful (1/4 cup) of shredded lettuce.
06 - 1 green onion, sliced thin.
07 - A pinch of salt and pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the cream cheese and green onions. Add a touch of salt and pepper to bring out the flavors.
02 - Lay out the tortillas, smear cream cheese across each one, toss on the lettuce, stack the turkey and cheddar, and arrange all the fillings toward one side.
03 - Start rolling tightly from the side with the fillings. Use extra cream cheese to secure the roll if it doesn’t stick. Slice each roll in half, then cut those pieces into about 5 smaller sections. Get rid of any ends without filling.
