Easy Broccoli Potato Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup cornstarch.
02 - 1 onion, chopped.
03 - 2 large potatoes, diced.
04 - 4 cups chicken broth.
05 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
06 - 1-2 Tbsp of butter.
07 - 1 cup milk.
08 - 16 oz broccoli pieces.
09 - 1/2 tsp of salt.
10 - 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese.
11 - 2 carrots, chopped.
12 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - On medium heat, let butter melt in the pan.
02 - Toss in the onion and let it soften for 3 minutes.
03 - Add carrots, sprinkle in salt and pepper, then cook for 3-4 minutes.
04 - Stir in garlic and wait about 30 seconds.
05 - Pour in broth along with potatoes. Cover and let it slowly simmer.
06 - After 10 minutes, add broccoli. Keep cooking 10 more minutes until everything is tender.
07 - Combine milk with cornstarch in a bowl. Pour this mixture into the soup.
08 - Mix in the cheese and let it melt completely.
09 - Enjoy warm.

01 - Store in the fridge for 3 days max. Let it cool before putting it away.
