# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 spoon pepper.
02 - 1 spoon salt.
03 - 1 stick of butter.
04 - 16 oz elbow pasta.
05 - 4 cups of milk.
06 - 5 cups of shredded cheddar.
07 - 1 spoon of paprika.
08 - 1 large spoon hot sauce.
09 - 1 spoon butter.
10 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven at 375°. Boil pasta till soft, drain, and toss with 1 spoon butter.
02 - Melt the butter stick and stir in the flour. Cook for 2-3 minutes until it turns golden.
03 - Pour the milk in slowly, whisk constantly, and simmer for about 10 minutes until thicker.
04 - Lower the heat, add the seasonings, hot sauce, and 4 cups of cheese. Stir until smooth and melty.
05 - Pour the sauce over the pasta and stir completely.
06 - Spoon it all into your baking dish, then sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese on top.
07 - Let it bake for 25-30 minutes. If you like a toasted top, broil for 2-3 more minutes.
