Cheddar Bacon Spinach Melt (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 slices of crusty sourdough or any sturdy bread.
02 - 2 tablespoons of mustard mixed with honey.
03 - A couple of slices of white cheddar cheese.
04 - 4 thin deli turkey slices.
05 - One medium red tomato, sliced thinly.
06 - Half a cup of fresh spinach leaves.
07 - 4 crispy strips of cooked bacon.
08 - 2 tablespoons softened butter to spread.

# Instructions:

01 - Separate the mustard, cheese, turkey, spinach, and bacon so you’ve got enough for two sandwiches.
02 - Spread mustard on slices of bread, then layer cheese, turkey, tomato slices, spinach leaves, and crispy bacon. Add the top slices of bread with mustard and cheese facing inwards.
03 - Coat the outer sides of each slice of bread with the softened butter.
04 - Warm a skillet on medium heat and toast the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes each side, letting the cheese melt and the bread turn golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - Freshly cut cheese works best for this sandwich.
02 - Switch to dairy-free alternatives if needed.
03 - Goes great with a bowl of soup!
