Heaven In A Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups of chilled heavy cream.
02 - 1 1/2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
03 - 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt, split in half.
04 - 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened.
05 - 1 cup of smooth peanut butter.
06 - 3 cups of whole milk.
07 - 1 box (5.1 oz) of instant vanilla pudding mix.
08 - 2 boxes (18 oz each) of prepared double chocolate brownie mix.
09 - 3 packs (7.6 oz each) of chopped mini peanut butter cups.

# Instructions:

01 - Whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. Mix in the sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt, then beat until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until you're ready to use it.
02 - Mix together the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add pudding mix, milk, and the rest of the salt. Blend well. Gently fold in most of the whipped cream, keeping 2 cups aside for later.
03 - Break up brownies into chunks, saving 1/2 cup for garnish. Place 1 1/3 cups of brownie pieces at the bottom of the trifle dish. Add a layer of pudding (2 cups) and 1 cup of peanut butter cups. Repeat the process, then finish with the remaining whipped cream and sprinkle the reserved brownies and candies on top.

# Notes:

01 - You can make this up to 12 hours in advance. Chill it in the fridge, and make sure to use softened cream cheese so it blends smoothly. Show it off in a clear dish for a stunning presentation.
