Mini Beef Cheese Burgers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds ground beef (the leaner kind).
02 - 2 teaspoons powdered garlic.
03 - 1 teaspoon sea salt.
04 - 2 teaspoons ground pepper.
05 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
06 - 1/2 onion (white), chopped small.
07 - 12 slider buns (Hawaiian style).
08 - 12 bars of snack cheese.
09 - 1/4 cup melted butter, unsalted.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
11 - 2 tablespoons sugar (brown).
12 - 3 teaspoons sauce (Worcestershire).
13 - 2 tablespoons mustard (Dijon style).
14 - 1/2 tablespoon seeds from sesame.

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven hot at 350°F. Blend the beef with your spices.
02 - Squish beef flat into your 9x13 dish. Pop in oven for 20 minutes, then pour off the fat.
03 - Toss chopped onion in hot oil till soft and clear. Shake off extra oil.
04 - Stack everything in your baking dish: bottom buns first, then beef, onions, cheese, and top buns.
05 - Stir the melted butter with all your seasonings. Paint it on the buns, then sprinkle with sesame.
06 - Stick it back in the oven for 20 minutes till the bread turns golden and cheese gets gooey.
