Turn on your oven to 400°F and position the rack near the top.

Lay the chicken pieces in a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Put the chicken in the oven, uncovered, and cook for 10 minutes.

Mix together the Dijon, honey, chicken broth, and cornstarch until smooth.

Pour the sauce over the chicken, then bake for another 15 to 20 minutes. Make sure the chicken hits 165°F internally.

Drizzle the sauce over the chicken and wait 5 minutes before eating. Add parsley for a pop of color, if you like.
