Honey Mustard Baked Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts.
02 - 1/4 cup Dijon mustard.
03 - 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth.
04 - 1/4 cup honey.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - Salt and black pepper, as needed.
07 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
08 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 400°F and position the rack near the top.
02 - Lay the chicken pieces in a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
03 - Put the chicken in the oven, uncovered, and cook for 10 minutes.
04 - Mix together the Dijon, honey, chicken broth, and cornstarch until smooth.
05 - Pour the sauce over the chicken, then bake for another 15 to 20 minutes. Make sure the chicken hits 165°F internally.
06 - Drizzle the sauce over the chicken and wait 5 minutes before eating. Add parsley for a pop of color, if you like.
