Turkey Meatballs with Tzatziki (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped.
02 - 1 egg, beaten lightly.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
04 - 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean).
05 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
06 - 1 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1/2 tablespoon oregano, dried.
08 - 1/4 of a large red onion, grated.
09 - 1/2 cup almond flour or breadcrumbs.
10 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, toss in the turkey, garlic, and onion. Mix with egg, breadcrumbs, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper until it just comes together. Use your hands; it's quicker.
02 - Make 14 equal-sized meatballs from the mixture by rolling them gently in your hands.
03 - Warm up a pan with oil over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for about 7-8 minutes, flipping them frequently until they're golden and hit 165F inside.
