Yogurt Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - Brown bananas (2, weighing around 7oz/200g)
02 - Greek yogurt (⅔ cup/180g, at least 2% fat)
03 - One large egg
04 - ⅓ cup/80ml of honey or maple syrup
05 - A teaspoon of vanilla extract

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - Oat flour (1½ cups/150g)
07 - Almond flour (½ cup/50g, or extra oat flour works too)
08 - A teaspoon of ground cinnamon
09 - Two teaspoons of baking powder
10 - ⅙ teaspoon of salt

→ Optional Add-ins

11 - ¼ cup/40g of chocolate chips
12 - Protein powder (½ cup/50g, can swap out for ½ cup flour)

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up your oven to 350°F (180°C). Put parchment in a 20cm bread pan or coat it with some oil
02 - Squish bananas well, then stir in yogurt, egg, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt till it looks smooth
03 - Stir in your flours and baking powder gently. Toss in chocolate chips if you want them. Add more liquid or flour if the mix seems off
04 - Pour your mix into the pan and let it bake for 30-35 minutes. It's done when you stick in a toothpick and it comes out clean

# Notes:

01 - You can boost protein by swapping some flour with protein powder
02 - You might need to tweak how thick the mix is based on your banana size
03 - Just oat flour works fine if you don't have almond flour
04 - Feel free to skip the chocolate chips
