Honey Garlic Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Protein

01 - 1 pound salmon fillet

→ Spice Mix

02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - ½ teaspoon paprika
04 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
05 - ¼ teaspoon chili powder
06 - ¼ teaspoon onion powder

→ Sauce

07 - ¼ cup honey
08 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
09 - 2 fresh garlic cloves, finely chopped
10 - 1 teaspoon sriracha
11 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil

# Instructions:

01 - Put all spice mix ingredients in a small bowl and stir them together
02 - In another bowl, stir together the honey, apple cider vinegar, chopped garlic, and sriracha until smooth
03 - Take the skin off the salmon and chop into 1-inch chunks. Toss the pieces in the spice mix until they're all covered
04 - Warm up the coconut oil in a big skillet over medium-high heat. Put the salmon pieces in without crowding and cook for 1 minute
05 - Turn the salmon over, pour in the honey mixture, and cook another minute. Gently toss everything so the sauce coats each piece and cook 60-90 seconds more
06 - Take the pan off the heat and let everything sit for 2-3 minutes before you serve it

# Notes:

01 - You can use several smaller salmon pieces instead of one big fillet
02 - It tastes best when eaten right away
03 - A 12-inch cast iron pan works great for this dish
