Put all spice mix ingredients in a small bowl and stir them together

In another bowl, stir together the honey, apple cider vinegar, chopped garlic, and sriracha until smooth

Take the skin off the salmon and chop into 1-inch chunks. Toss the pieces in the spice mix until they're all covered

Warm up the coconut oil in a big skillet over medium-high heat. Put the salmon pieces in without crowding and cook for 1 minute

Turn the salmon over, pour in the honey mixture, and cook another minute. Gently toss everything so the sauce coats each piece and cook 60-90 seconds more

Take the pan off the heat and let everything sit for 2-3 minutes before you serve it
