Herb Garlic Bread Oil (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Golden Garlic Base

01 - 2 tbsp high-grade olive oil
02 - 3 tbsp fresh garlic, chopped super small

→ Fresh Herb Mix

03 - ¼ cup premium extra virgin olive oil (splurge on this one)
04 - 2 tbsp fresh basil leaves, cut into tiny bits
05 - 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, snipped really small
06 - 3 tbsp fresh Parmesan cheese, shredded super fine

→ Seasonings

07 - ¼ tsp sea salt
08 - ¼ tsp black pepper, freshly ground
09 - 1 tsp Italian herb mix
10 - ½ tsp red pepper flakes (leave out if you hate spicy stuff)
11 - 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (not needed but really ups the flavor)

# Instructions:

01 - Add olive oil to a tiny pan on medium heat. When it's warmed up, drop in your chopped garlic and let it cook till the edges turn golden. Watch it carefully or it'll burn fast! Remove from heat when done.
02 - Find a flat serving dish. Combine your rosemary, basil, salt, pepper, Italian herbs, Parmesan, and pepper flakes if you're using them.
03 - Add your olive oil and cooked garlic mix, then stir it all together. If you want that extra kick, add the balsamic vinegar on top.
04 - Put it on the table with warm bread, pizza edges, or pita for dipping. It gets tastier after sitting for a few minutes.

# Notes:

01 - The flavors get way better after they hang out together for a bit
02 - You can keep leftover oil in your fridge up to a week - just warm it up before using
