Cheesy Garlic Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups regular flour.
02 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar.
03 - 2 teaspoons powdered garlic.
04 - 2 teaspoons baking powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon table salt.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
07 - 4 tablespoons cooled melted butter.
08 - 1 1/3 cups buttermilk.
09 - 2 large eggs.
10 - 3 cups grated cheddar cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up your oven to 350°F. Butter your 9x5 inch loaf pan.
02 - Combine flour, sugar, garlic powder, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Mix in 2 cups of the cheese.
03 - Stir together cooled butter, buttermilk and eggs until smooth.
04 - Gently mix wet stuff into dry stuff just enough to blend. Dump into your pan.
05 - Sprinkle leftover cheese on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, then take foil off for another 20 minutes.
06 - Rest it in the pan for 10 minutes before moving to cooling rack.

01 - Mix batter just enough to combine.
02 - The foil keeps your cheese from getting too dark.
