Tangy Mango Ginger Refresher (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - Sweet mangoes (2, about 470g, sliced into chunks)
02 - Sparkling ginger soda (24 oz)

→ Taste Boosters

03 - Juicy lime (1, roughly 3 tbsp when squeezed)
04 - Spicy green chili (1, extra for topping if you want)
05 - White sugar (1 tbsp, if needed)

→ Toppings & Final Touch

06 - Sprigs of mint
07 - Raw ginger root (for shaving)
08 - Tangy chile lime powder (2 tsp, if you want)
09 - Plenty of ice

# Instructions:

01 - Throw mangoes, squeezed lime, chopped chili, ginger soda, sugar if needed, and ice into blender and whizz till creamy
02 - Slide lime around edge of glass, then coat with chile lime powder
03 - Transfer the blended mix to your rimmed glass, toss in extra ice if you like
04 - Sprinkle with shaved ginger and fresh mint on top, drink right away

# Notes:

01 - Make it milder or hotter by changing how much chili you add
02 - Toss in sugar when your mangoes aren't naturally sweet
03 - Feel free to tweak any ingredient amounts you want
