Sweet Spicy Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1.5 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

→ Sauce

02 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
03 - 1/4 cup of honey
04 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
05 - 1 tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
06 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
07 - 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
08 - 2-3 tablespoons of Sriracha
09 - 1 tablespoon of cooking oil

→ Garnish

10 - Sliced green onions
11 - Toasted sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Season the chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper after patting it dry.
02 - Mix honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl until combined.
03 - Heat some oil in a pan and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side. When it's golden brown and reaches 165°F, take it off the heat.
04 - In the same pan, simmer the sauce and stir in the cornstarch mixture if you want it thicker. Toss the chicken back in and coat it well.
05 - Top with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Use more or less Sriracha depending on how spicy you like it.
