Pink Sugar Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 1/2 cups plain flour.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
03 - 1 cup of unsalted butter.
04 - 3 eggs, large in size.
05 - 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
06 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
07 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
08 - Pink gel food dye.
09 - 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chunks.

# Instructions:

01 - Chill dough for half an hour. Put parchment on baking tray.
02 - Beat together the butter and sugar till fluffy. Drop in the eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk the dry stuff. Blend both mixes. Stir in the coloring and chocolate.
03 - Set oven to 350°F. Shape balls about 1 1/2 inches wide. Leave 2-inch gaps on the tray. Bake for 12-13 mins. Let cool on the tray for a minute, then transfer to cooling rack.

01 - The color will deepen during baking.
02 - Chilling is key if you want the shapes to hold.
03 - The dough keeps well to save for later.
04 - Use other types of chips, or leave them out altogether.
