Strawberry Puff Cheese Hearts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pastry

01 - 1-2 sheets plant-based and wheat-free puff pastry
02 - 4 tablespoons plant milk
03 - Fine sugar for dusting

→ Filling

04 - 130g plant-based soft cheese
05 - 15g wheat-free or ordinary flour
06 - 15g fine sugar
07 - Whole strawberries

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 180°C with fan on. Put baking paper on 2 trays.
02 - Lay out pastry, smooth it flat, cut out heart patterns and press smaller heart shapes in the middle.
03 - Stir cheese, flour, and sugar together until smooth and fluffy. Put the mix in a piping bag.
04 - Squeeze filling onto pastry hearts, add strawberry slices on top, coat edges with plant milk and dust with sugar.
05 - Pop in oven for 10-15 minutes till they're golden and crisp. Let them cool a bit before adding powdered sugar.
