Heat your oven to 180°C with fan on. Put baking paper on 2 trays.

Lay out pastry, smooth it flat, cut out heart patterns and press smaller heart shapes in the middle.

Stir cheese, flour, and sugar together until smooth and fluffy. Put the mix in a piping bag.

Squeeze filling onto pastry hearts, add strawberry slices on top, coat edges with plant milk and dust with sugar.

Pop in oven for 10-15 minutes till they're golden and crisp. Let them cool a bit before adding powdered sugar.
