Cocoa Spiced Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 pieces of salmon, 4 oz each.
02 - Half a cup of fresh orange juice.
03 - 1 tbsp packed brown sugar.
04 - 2 tsp white sugar.
05 - 1 tsp cocoa powder.
06 - 1/4 tsp ground cayenne.
07 - 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder.
08 - 1/8 tsp table salt.
09 - 1/8 tsp black pepper.
10 - 1 medium orange, cut into slices.
11 - 4 tbsp melted butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and let it heat up.
02 - In a shallow dish, pour orange juice, place salmon with skin up, wait 15 minutes.
03 - Combine both sugars, cocoa, cayenne, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
04 - Take salmon out of juice, skin-side down on lined baking tray, rub seasoning on top, add orange slices, and brush butter over it.
05 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until fish flakes when tested.
