Zesty Chili Lime Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Poultry & Flavorings

01 - Big chicken breasts (2, roughly 1-1.2 pounds)
02 - Virgin olive oil (1 tbsp)
03 - Cumin powder (½ tsp)
04 - Sweet paprika (½ tsp)
05 - Table salt (¼ tsp)
06 - Cracked pepper (¼ tsp)

→ Spicy Citrus Blend

07 - Virgin olive oil (¼ cup)
08 - Chopped fresh cilantro (½ cup)
09 - Squeezed lime (juice from 1 whole)
10 - Pure honey (1 tbsp)
11 - Smashed garlic (2 cloves)
12 - Crushed red pepper (½ tsp)
13 - Sliced red chili (1, cut thin)
14 - Small amount of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Throw all sauce ingredients together in a bowl and stir until combined
02 - Cut chicken breasts down the middle, then chop into bite-sized chunks. Mix chicken in a big bowl with olive oil, a spoonful of sauce, and all the spices
03 - Warm up a skillet with olive oil over medium flame. Toss in chicken and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning once halfway. Drizzle some sauce over the meat near the end
04 - Put the cooked chicken on plates and drizzle the leftover sauce on top

# Notes:

01 - You can soak the chicken in advance or cook it right away
02 - Goes great with tortillas, green salads, or by itself
03 - Make it milder or spicier by changing how much chili you add
