Dump your chicken in a bowl, pour in ranch and chipotle sauce, add a pinch of salt and pepper, then stir till everything's coated nicely.

Spread a tortilla flat, put some chicken mix in the middle, add your lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and avocado on top.

Tuck in both sides of your tortilla, then roll from the bottom up to make a tight package. Do this for all your wraps.

Get a pan hot with a bit of olive oil. Cook your wraps with the seam down first for about 3-4 minutes each side until they're golden brown and the cheese gets all melty.

Let them cool for a minute, cut each one in half, and eat while they're warm. Add extra sauce on the side if you want.
