Ranch Chicken Wrap Grilled (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat Mix

01 - 2 cups pulled chicken, already cooked
02 - 1/2 cup creamy ranch
03 - 2 tablespoons smoky chipotle sauce

→ Fresh Toppings

04 - 1 cup chopped lettuce
05 - 1 cup tomatoes, cut into small cubes
06 - 1 avocado, cut into thin pieces
07 - 1 cup cheese, grated (try cheddar or taco blend)

→ Wraps & Flavors

08 - 4 big flour wraps
09 - Olive oil for the pan
10 - Salt and pepper as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Dump your chicken in a bowl, pour in ranch and chipotle sauce, add a pinch of salt and pepper, then stir till everything's coated nicely.
02 - Spread a tortilla flat, put some chicken mix in the middle, add your lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and avocado on top.
03 - Tuck in both sides of your tortilla, then roll from the bottom up to make a tight package. Do this for all your wraps.
04 - Get a pan hot with a bit of olive oil. Cook your wraps with the seam down first for about 3-4 minutes each side until they're golden brown and the cheese gets all melty.
05 - Let them cool for a minute, cut each one in half, and eat while they're warm. Add extra sauce on the side if you want.

# Notes:

01 - You can make the chicken part a day early and keep it in the fridge
02 - Throw in some black beans, corn or peppers if you feel like it
03 - Tastes great with a side of chips, salsa or guac
