# Instructions:

01 - Stir mayo, minced pickle, mustard, vinegar, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder together until it’s creamy. Set it in the fridge so the flavors soak in.
02 - Heat olive oil in your pan over medium. Toss in the onions and sauté till soft. Add beef, break it into small bits, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook till browned. Remove any extra grease.
03 - Warm each tortilla briefly to make them flexible for folding.
04 - Spread your special sauce onto each tortilla. Pile on the cooked beef, crisp lettuce, shredded cheese, and pickle slices if you’d like.
05 - Tuck in the sides and roll tightly to seal. Cut at an angle if you’re feeling fancy, and enjoy them right away!

# Notes:

01 - Great for busy weeknights or a portable lunch.
02 - The sauce keeps fresh in the fridge for up to one week.
03 - Make it your own by adding jalapeños or chopped tomatoes for a kick!
