Shrimp Spinach Cream Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons butter melted.
02 - 1/2 cup diced onion, chopped small.
03 - 2 large garlic cloves, minced finely.
04 - 2 tablespoons regular flour.
05 - 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth.
06 - 1/2 cup cream and milk mixture.
07 - 1 teaspoon mixed herbs.
08 - 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon table salt.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper.
10 - 1/8 teaspoon spicy pepper bits.
11 - 3/4 pound cleaned shrimp, shells removed.
12 - 2 handfuls fresh spinach leaves.
13 - 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat butter then sauté diced onion with garlic about 3 minutes on medium flame.
02 - Add the flour and stir constantly for 1-2 minutes to create a paste.
03 - Slowly add broth and cream mixture. Toss in spices and let bubble till it thickens, roughly 3-4 minutes.
04 - Toss in the shrimp, add spinach and cheese. Let everything cook 3-4 minutes till shrimp turns pink and greens soften.

# Notes:

01 - You might need more or less salt depending on your broth.
02 - Regular milk works fine instead of cream mixture.
