Bang Bang Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salmon

01 - 2 teaspoons garlic paste
02 - 2 pounds salmon filet
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
05 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - Garlic salt and pepper, adjust to your taste

→ Bang Bang Sauce

08 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
09 - 1 clove garlic, finely chopped or grated
10 - ¾ cup mayonnaise
11 - 1 teaspoon honey
12 - 1 tablespoon Sriracha
13 - ½ cup Thai sweet chili sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 450°F and let it heat up.
02 - Dry off the salmon and peel off the skin. Cut it into chunks, about 1 to 1.5 inches big.
03 - Stir together the mayo, seasonings, and garlic paste. Toss the salmon chunks in this mix, then sprinkle on some garlic salt and pepper.
04 - Spread the salmon pieces out on a baking sheet. Make sure they're in one layer and keep each piece 1-2 inches apart.
05 - Put it in the oven for 10 minutes, then switch to broil for 2-3 minutes until it gets that golden color.
06 - While the salmon is cooking, mix all the bang bang sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
07 - Pour that tasty bang bang sauce over the salmon when it's ready to serve.

# Notes:

01 - Want a less-cooked salmon? Shorten the cook time.
02 - Go for Greek yogurt or use light mayo if you'd prefer it lighter.
03 - Cajun seasoning is great if you need more kick.
04 - Spicier? Add more Sriracha or sprinkle in red pepper flakes.
