Chicken Bacon Ranch Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
02 - 1 cup of ranch dressing.
03 - 16-inch-long Italian loaf.
04 - 8 ounces of soft chive onion cream cheese.
05 - 1 teaspoon of onion powder.
06 - 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt.
07 - 3 cups of finely chopped rotisserie chicken.
08 - 3 cups of Colby-Jack cheese, split into portions.
09 - 6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled up.
10 - 3 green onions, diced into small pieces.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it preheat.
02 - With a mixer, blend cream cheese, ranch, and all dry seasonings. Stir in chicken, green onions, and bacon chunks. Toss in one cup of cheese.
03 - Slice the bread in half lengthways. Scoop out a bit from the middle. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese at the bottom. Add the filling across it evenly. Top it with the rest of the cheese. Press the bread top back on. Brush melted butter over all sides.
04 - Wrap the whole loaf in foil. Bake for 30-40 minutes. For the last 5 minutes, uncover the foil. Let it cool for 5 minutes before cutting it into inch-thick slices.

# Notes:

01 - Choose soft, large bread—16 inches works great.
02 - You’ll need a mixer to keep it creamy.
03 - Any cooked chicken works fine for this.
04 - Awesome party food or sports snack.
