Put the oil in a frying pan and heat it on medium-high.

Cut a small line from the center of the bologna slice to the edge. This will stop it from curling as it fries.

Lay the bologna flat in the heated oil and cook it until both sides are golden brown.

As the second side of the bologna is browning, put the cheese slice on top so it gets gooey.

Evenly cover both bread slices with mustard, spreading it out to the edges.

Pop the cooked bologna, cheese and all, between the bread slices. Time to dig in!
