Quick Bologna Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/8 teaspoon of oil for cooking
02 - 1-2 slices of your favorite bologna (adjust based on taste)
03 - 1 slice of cheese, American style
04 - 1 or 2 slices of plain white bread
05 - 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard

# Instructions:

01 - Bring out all your ingredients so they’re within reach.
02 - Put the oil in a frying pan and heat it on medium-high.
03 - Cut a small line from the center of the bologna slice to the edge. This will stop it from curling as it fries.
04 - Lay the bologna flat in the heated oil and cook it until both sides are golden brown.
05 - As the second side of the bologna is browning, put the cheese slice on top so it gets gooey.
06 - Evenly cover both bread slices with mustard, spreading it out to the edges.
07 - Pop the cooked bologna, cheese and all, between the bread slices. Time to dig in!
