Protein Egg White Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein Base

01 - Eight large egg whites, separated
02 - A quarter cup of cottage cheese

→ Vegetables & Cheese

03 - Half cup of chopped fresh spinach
04 - Quarter cup of tiny diced red bell pepper
05 - Quarter cup of grated cheddar cheese (skip if desired)

→ Seasonings

06 - Quarter teaspoon of garlic powder
07 - Salt and pepper as needed
08 - Cooking spray for non-stick surface

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven going at 350°F (175°C) and coat the muffin tray with cooking spray
02 - Whip the egg whites together with cottage cheese and spices until it's bubbly and well combined
03 - Add the egg mix to each muffin spot, leaving some room at the top
04 - Sprinkle your spinach, red pepper, and cheese (if you want) equally into each cup
05 - Let them bake for 18-20 minutes until they're firm and slightly brown on the edges
