08 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped yellow onion.
09 - 2 cups whole milk.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
11 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
13 - 1/4 teaspoon powdered onion.
14 - 1/2 pound pork sausage, ground.
15 - 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn oven on to 425°F. Toss both shredded cheeses together.
