# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 5 cups of Chex cereal (you'll divide this up later)
02 - 1/2 cup of powdered sugar (white or add some pink coloring for fun!)
03 - 10 ounces of white chocolate for melting
04 - 1 cup mini pretzels (Snyder's gluten-free ones work great)

→ Decorations

05 - Optional: Sprinkle on colorful sprinkles of your choice
06 - Use 6 ounces of Valentine's-themed M&Ms

# Instructions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss powdered sugar into a ziplock bag, then place the cereal in a big bowl.
02 - Microwave the white chocolate in short 30-second bursts, stirring after each, or melt it gently over a stovetop using a double boiler.
03 - Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal and mix well to coat. Add half of this to the bag with powdered sugar and shake until it's fully covered.
04 - Mix pretzels into the leftover cereal in the bowl. Spread everything onto the baking sheet, then add M&Ms and sprinkles before sprinkling the powdered sugar-coated cereal on top.
05 - Let everything cool for around 20 minutes. Once set, break apart any big chunks and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - White chocolate melts perfectly for this, but if you're using chips, stir in a teaspoon of veggie or coconut oil while warming it.
02 - Want to make it look festive? Dye the powdered sugar in different colors!
