Pecan Cream Cheese Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 8 oz of crescent roll dough, straight from the fridge

→ Filling

02 - Chilled cream cheese, 4 oz, cut into 8 small cubes
03 - 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
04 - ½ c of soft brown sugar
05 - A cup of pecan bits

→ Topping

06 - ½ c of cream soda
07 - 8 tbsp of melted butter (split up)

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven to 350°F and grease an 8-inch square dish.
02 - In a mixing bowl, stir pecan pieces, brown sugar, melted butter (just 2 tbsp), and cinnamon together.
03 - Open up the crescent dough and pull apart triangles. Place a cube of cream cheese and some pecan filling at the wide end. Roll 'em up and pinch the edges tight.
04 - Line up the rolls in your greased dish, pour the rest of the melted butter on top, and sprinkle whatever's left of the pecan mix.
05 - Pour the cream soda around the rolls, then bake for 30-35 minutes, or until they're a nice golden color. Serve them while warm.

# Notes:

01 - Swap for gluten-free crescent dough if needed
02 - Tastes best straight out of the oven
03 - Ensure your cream soda is gluten-free if swapping dough
