Cheesy Parmesan Mozzarella Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup Parmesan, finely grated.
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
03 - 1 cup of flour, plain.
04 - A pinch of salt and pepper.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic seasoning.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves.
07 - 1 cup mozzarella, shredded thin.
08 - 2 eggs, large.
09 - 2 tablespoons milk.
10 - Optional: Chopped fresh parsley.
11 - Optional: Marinara for dipping.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C), and place parchment on a baking tray.
02 - Combine the garlic powder, oregano, baking powder, salt, pepper, and flour.
03 - Toss the mozzarella and Parmesan into the dry mix, making sure they’re coated.
04 - In another bowl, stir together the eggs and milk until smooth.
05 - Pour the wet mixture into the dry bowl, stirring until the dough feels sticky.
06 - Form small, tablespoon-sized balls out of the dough.
07 - Space the balls out on the tray and bake for 12-15 minutes or till golden on top.
08 - Sprinkle parsley on top and enjoy warm with marinara on the side.
