Garlic Parmesan Chicken Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
02 - ½ cup of garlic parmesan sauce for wings.
03 - 1½ teaspoons of paprika.
04 - A pound of chicken breasts or tenderloins, diced into chunks.
05 - 2 spoons of olive oil.
06 - 1 cup of mozzarella, grated.
07 - 1 pound of baby potatoes, sliced in half.
08 - 2 spoons of butter.
09 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
10 - 1½ teaspoons of poultry spice mix.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and get a baking tray ready.
02 - Stir chicken bits in a bowl with a spoon of oil. Do the same with potatoes in a separate bowl. Sprinkle spices evenly between the two bowls, mix well.
03 - Spread potatoes on your tray and roast for 20 minutes.
04 - On medium-high flame, brown the seasoned chicken in a pan for 7–10 minutes. Drop in butter and the minced garlic.
05 - Mix the roasted potatoes into the skillet with chicken. Turn the stove off, pour in the garlic parmesan sauce, and toss until coated. Sprinkle mozzarella on top and cover until melted, about 5 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Potatoes can go in the air fryer, 400°F for 20 minutes.
02 - Any potato cubes around an inch will do.
03 - Good in the fridge for 3 days max.
