Cranberry Bread Orange Glaze (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups regular flour.
02 - 1 teaspoon powder for rising.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon table salt.
04 - 1/4 cup lukewarm milk.
05 - Grated peel from 1 big orange.
06 - 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice.
07 - 6 tablespoons soft butter, unsalted.
08 - 3/4 cup white sugar.
09 - 2 large eggs at room temp.
10 - 1 1/2 cups cranberries, fresh.
11 - 1/2 tablespoon flour for coating berries.
12 - 1 cup sugar, finely ground.
13 - 1 1/2 tablespoons juice from an orange.
14 - 1 teaspoon orange skin shavings.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm oven to 350°F. Grease and dust your bread tin. Combine dry stuff. Mix milk with orange bits and juice.
02 - Beat sugar with butter till fluffy. Drop in eggs. Switch between adding flour mix and milk mix.
03 - Coat berries with flour, gently mix into your batter. Pour into tin.
04 - Cook for 45-50 mins till top turns golden and toothpick comes out clean. Let sit in tin 10-15 mins before taking out.
05 - Stir fine sugar with juice and orange bits until runny. Pour over top after bread cools down.
