Mississippi Smokies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 28 oz pack of mini smokies.
02 - 1/4 cup juice from pepperoncini.
03 - 1 oz envelope of au jus seasoning.
04 - 1 oz ranch dry mix packet.
05 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced.
06 - 6 whole pepperoncini.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the smokies inside a 6-quart cooker.
02 - Drizzle the pepperoncini liquid over the top of the smokies.
03 - Dust with the ranch and au jus packets.
04 - Place butter chunks over everything, then add the pepperoncini on top.
05 - Let it cook on low heat for about 2 to 3 hours.
06 - Give it a good stir right before serving.
