# Ingredients:

→ Meat blend

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/2 pound ground pork
03 - One small diced onion
04 - 1 cup breadcrumbs
05 - 1/2 cup milk
06 - Large egg, just one

→ Flavor mix

07 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
08 - 2 teaspoons salt
09 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Top layer

11 - 2 cups mashed potatoes
12 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
13 - 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
14 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven hot at 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch dish before you start anything else.
02 - Grab a big bowl and lightly mix your beef, pork, diced onion, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Don't go overboard with mixing.
03 - Push the meat mix into your greased dish, making sure it's flat and even all around.
04 - Cover the meat with an even layer of mashed potatoes, then scatter cheddar, bacon bits, and green onions on top.
05 - Stick it in the oven for about 35-40 minutes until the cheese gets all bubbly and the meat cooks through. Let it sit for 10 minutes before you cut into it.

# Notes:

01 - Waiting 10 minutes after cooking makes it way easier to cut nice slices
02 - Feel free to swap in different cheeses, meats, or veggies you like
03 - Better ingredients make a better final dish, so don't cheap out
