Chicken Pesto Garlic Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2-3 garlic flavored bread loaves
02 - 400g bite-sized chicken strips
03 - 1 red bell pepper, cut into super thin strips
04 - 1 small red onion, cut into rings
05 - 190g sundried tomato pesto
06 - 250g mixed mozzarella and cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Warm your oven to 200°C/400°F. Brown the chicken pieces in oil until golden, about 3-4 minutes on each side
02 - Soften the pepper and onion in a pan for 12 minutes. Toss chicken back in, mix through the pesto
03 - Cut the baguettes down the middle, pop in oven for 7 minutes
04 - Stuff bread with the chicken mix, sprinkle cheese over the top
05 - Stick back in oven for 5-6 minutes till cheese gets bubbly and brown

# Notes:

01 - Keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days
02 - Wrap in foil to freeze for later
03 - Warm up at 180°C for 12-14 minutes when ready to eat
