Easy Lemonade Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cold water
02 - 1 box of lemon-flavored cake mix (15.25 oz)
03 - 1/2 cup neutral-tasting vegetable oil
04 - 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
05 - 3 large eggs, room temperature
06 - 1 cup defrosted lemonade concentrate

→ Lemon Frosting Ingredients

07 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
08 - 3 to 4 cups sifted powdered sugar
09 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
10 - Tiny pinch of salt
11 - 3 tablespoons of thawed lemonade concentrate

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 350°F and leave it to warm up completely.
02 - Stir together the cake mix, water, eggs, and oil until it's smooth. Pour it into a 9x13 inch pan and bake for 28–33 minutes until golden brown.
03 - After 15 minutes of cooling, poke holes all over the cake with a fork. Mix powdered sugar and lemonade concentrate until blended, then drizzle it across the warm cake.
04 - Let it cool down on the counter, then cover and refrigerate for at least an hour until cold.
05 - Beat together cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Gradually mix in powdered sugar, lemonade concentrate, and salt until creamy.
06 - Spread the frosting on top of the cold cake and get it ready to serve.
