Lemon Poppy Seed Oats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup fast-cooking oats
02 - 3/4-1 cup plant-based milk
03 - 1/4 cup thick yogurt (dairy or plant-based)
04 - 1-2 tablespoons natural sweetener (honey/maple syrup)

→ Flavoring

05 - 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
06 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
07 - 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
08 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
09 - Small pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Throw everything into a big bowl or container and stir until well combined.
02 - Pop it in the fridge to rest overnight or at least 2 hours until it gets nice and thick.
03 - Give it a good stir before eating and top with some blueberries and extra yogurt if you want.

# Notes:

01 - Use less sweetener when your yogurt already has sugar in it
02 - For a thicker breakfast, start with the smaller amount of milk
