Lavender Black Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon honey.
02 - 2 cups of milk—choose dairy or plant-based.
03 - 1 tablespoon black tea or Earl Grey tea.
04 - 1 tablespoon of lavender flowers.
05 - Optional: a sprig of mint.

# Instructions:

01 - In a saucepan, gently warm the milk with lavender and honey. Stop before it boils.
02 - Take the pan off the heat and let the lavender sit in the milk for around 2 minutes.
03 - Put in the tea and mint (if you’re using it), and give it another 2-minute steep.
04 - Pour through a strainer into cups. For a latte look, save 1/2 cup of milk to froth and add on top.

# Notes:

01 - Use whatever kind of milk you like.
02 - Don’t let the milk boil, or it might split.
03 - Enjoy this drink either chilled or warm.
